Biographical / Historical
Donald Burgy was a professor at MassART from 1971 to 2001. He recived his BFA at MassART in 1959. He created and taught classes for the The Studio for Interrelated Media (SIM) undergraduate degree, which requires that students not have one form of media in their creations. Burgy is a conceptual artist, who draws from neurology, cosmology, and Paleolithic art for his work.
